Hi best regards, my birth aug 7 1963 am 7:00 am cst, where is the best placement for. My telephone?

In the past, often a table phone has a metallic bell. And it is often placed at locations with Flying star numbers #2 or #5 (distinct from one's ba zi or date of birth).
Nowadays, in modern times, a high percentage of homes especially in Singapore with working couples have decided not to apply for land-line-table phone(s). Many prefer to be with their Hand-phones
