I would like to ask of what could be the possible cures for kitchen or bedroom located above a septic tank..

In my opinion, several factors should be considered:
1. Is the septic tank located in the basement or buried outside the house. Located in the basement?
2. Sometimes, the quality of the sceptic tank is another consideration - how well made?

Thank you very much Master Cecil for the reply. I just made an error. The septic tank is actually located just beneath the sink only in an east - west (length formation). At least, I think, this is more preferable than being located below the stove area. The septic tank is in the basement and is wrapped by 4 walls made of concrete.
