This house is literally at the end of Shelford Road.
And as the road leading to the main gate is a large distance, it will not be affected or similar to homes that are just at the fringe a road.
For example, a home at the "T" junction is literally so close to the fringe of the road; and if there is run amok vehicle, it would easily plough into a home.
