In my opinion, in general, HDB Waterway Cascadia is another of - one of the better sites in crammed grid-like Punggol estate.
What I like about it is that it is close to the "mouth" of Mywaterway@Punggol. Where this waterway flows towards Sungei (River) Punggol.
Other than the afternoon sun and what would be built at locations marked in purple "A, B and C".
It would be an added bonus if the plot marked in purple as "B" is just greenery and park-land. That would be just great!
North facing stacks especially of blocks 316C, 316B and 315B looks serene and would be less affected by more developments coming up in Punggol. Just imagine, just a few years ago; there were few HDB blocks that were close to the Tampines Expressway such as 111, 106 etc... But I was told some said that these blocks get lesser breeze and warmer wind conditions - thus, use more air-con energy.. than in the past.

Feng Shui of HDB Punggol Bayview

1. HDB Punggol Bayview has a large range of Flying Star Facing Directions:-

1.1 N2 facing stacks:863, 865, 869, 881, 967, 969, 983, 985 and

1.2 S2 facing stacks:855, 857, 939, 941

1.2.1. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

1.2.2. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "reaR" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

1.2.3 N2 facing stacks:863, 865, 869, 881, 967, 969, 983, 985 withStacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

1.2.4. S2 facing stacks:855, 857, 939, 941 withStacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

2, NE1 facing stacks:851, 853, 867, 869, 883, 899, 901, 903, 907, 933, 935, 937, 923, 925, 927, 947, 949, 951, 955, 957, 971, 973 and

2.1 SW1 facing stacks:871, 873, 885, 887, 905, 909, 911, 913, 931, 953, 959, 961,975, 977

2.1.1 This development has the most NE1 facing stacks. NE1 facing stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage.

2.1.2 Thus, units with water position e.g. the view of Punggol Reservoir at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui.

2.1.3 If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck.

2.1.4 If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck.

2.1.2 On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.

2.2 SW1 facing stacks 871, 873, 885, 887, 905, 909, 911, 913, 931, 953, 959, 961,975, 977.

2.3 As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good.

2.4 It will be advantages if the unit faces the Punggol Reservior or activate a water position at the balcony area.

2.5 As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten.

2.6 Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home.

2.7 To disarm health related considerations.

3. SW2facing stacks: 859, 861, 875, 877, 943, 945, 963, 965, 979, 981:enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination;

3.1 But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

4. W2 facing stacks:895, 897, 921, 919. All four stacks directly faces the Punggol Reservior which is advantages.

4.1As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

5. NW3 facing stacks/units: 9891, 893, 15, 917. NW2 facingunits has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage.

5.1 NW3 facing units: Good if the balcony/living room faces the Punggol Reservior. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

5.2 NW3: Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances.

5.3 NW3: If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

1. Surpisingly, with such a large number of stacks in this development; the number of poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of units is considerably low.

2. One reason could be that this development is one narrow "cigar shaped" and stacks are almost alighned in a horizontal way leading to the reduced number of poison arrows.

3. The potential Sha qi or poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of neighbouring blocks:-

Stack 981 aimed towards 969. While stack 969 aimed towards 977

Stack 907 aimed towards 943. And stack 943 aimed towards 937

7/8 storey MSCP aimed towards lower floors of stack 913

Stack 891 aimed towards 881

Stack 889 aimed towards 867
Stack 877 aimed towards 865
