Posted November 30, 201410 yr Staff Sometimes the neighbouring surrounding developments try to follow the profile of the road and the architects design these blocks parallel to the road. Please see attachment: One can see that the new HDB Segar Vale development to Pasir Panjang Ring Road / Sega Road. However, unwittingly, as Blossom Residences site is "slanted"; to it's neighbour: HDB Segar Vale; some of the sharp corners of the various blocks become a Sha QI or poison arrow aimed towards the south facing stacks that face this (HDB Segar Vale development). Where HDB "grab" all the earlier to plan lots. And this odd shaped plot was sold by tender ... Most likely a native of Bukit Panjang and an upgrader might appreciate an upgrade. Else, less likely appeal to an "outsider". Even Parc Life at Sembawang is nothing like this tiny plot of land. "CDL's Luxury.. but not Grand".

March 4, 20214 yr Hi Master Lee, many thanks for the article. for Blossom Residence appeared to me that only those units facing HDB with Sha Qi is bad fengshui but those facing inwards (pool view) seems ok, and those facing expressway has no Sha Qi (except noise pollution). With recent construction of the expressway with overhead bridge connected from Senja, how does it change the fengshui of those facing expressway?

Please note that if one were to plot a Flying Star Chart, one will need to find where the "new" wealth luck sectors are. As they have now changed...even for blossom residences units...

Where formerly North or frontage has a [7] & [9] = Internal Intestine Illness. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. KJE There were several instances where some clients confided that when they viewed the premises it was not that noisy. Unfortunately, they felt that on the day of the visit e.g. usually on a SUNDAY / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS the traffic noise was much less. Thus giving them some "assurance" that perhaps these units are not SO NOISY. Please do your due diligence, here. LOL
