Frankly, there are so many meanings associated with the word "dirty".
But actually, this "dirty land" has nothing to do with the "haunted house(s)" kind.
This plot of land consists of two run down bungalow houses : 18E and 18D Fort Road.
The original owners did not leave a proper will and in the past; there are the wife and many mistresses. I believe you get the picture!
One good thing for it's neighbours is that this large plot of land cannot be sold to any developers since the property's titles are "dirty".
As such, this two bungalows will continue to remain there as long as the "dirty" titles is not settled!
