This is not Feng Shui. But because some say it is inauspicious and cannotdraw a line between what is Feng Shui andsymbolism in Chinese culture.

Under symbolism in Chinese culture, it is best not to have a straight row of three (3) pendant lights especially at the dining table.

These lights are often found installed above a dining table and/or bar counter and/or breakfast niche.
