January 6, 20196 yr Author Staff Spotted Yale letter box lock and some other analog ones. Location: HDB Bendemeer Light First time seeing these analog three digital codes. They can be bought cheaply on the internet. Some costing Singapore $23+ dollars only:- Strange: seems like both are digital locks. But to the left of the photo is a unbranded lock:- Below: The standard Yale digital lock without the extra digital 2nd lock:- “14-127”

June 15, 20196 yr Author Staff Today, 15 June 2019, I received a call: “You sell the digital lock?” My reply: “No. Just because I took photos of these lock and share it on my website; does not mean I sell them”. Persistent lady: “But you list your phone number!” P.S. Just because I happen to review it online as I travel widely and visited lots of places... means I sell this item? Can I also blame Google? This is because, lots of articles and resources added to this site.. even for non Feng Shui also do appear within Google's "interesting" links... Like that also can? LOL-:)

Internet shows several brands... Such as Maxus Combination Cam Lock with Key override, Lockey and Ronis... three different Brands

March 28, 20205 yr Author Staff 1. This advert was found on a pillar at one of the blocks in Serangoon North. 2. The ad says: "Include installation at a net price of $60/-" 3. In the earlier threads, selling online at around Singapore Dollars = $18.90. (Not sure if shipping is included or not). 4. Frankly, in my opinion, removable of existing lock and installing a new one is a breeze. 5. The only thing is to get the correct thickness of the lock or the locking piece. 6. Generally, universal for HDBs. But for some landed properties have different specifications.
