Dear Master,

Any advice on Block 4, Stack 18?

Thanks.

Hope you understand. Each development has many stacks. Multiply this with hundreds of developments. There is simply no way I can do so. Just last 7 days.. same type of requests > 3.
Furthermore, too focused.. of no value to a wider audience.

If the trees are higher than the lightning rods, there is a high probability of lightning striking the trees.

In a few places, I have been; I have seen how lightning strike a tree. And near to this tree, lightning took a chunk out of the side brick.. as it tries to find it's way to the earth.

The danger of lightning is that one will never hear it coming. As by the time it does strike... the sound of it will come too late.

Thus, if there is any sign of potential rain, best to keep clear of the sky garden! Pronto!

If one should be caught in a thunderstorm... the safest is to go into that trellis area. As it's roof would have lightning rods that have metal trailing towards the ground....

Well said Master, better avoid the trees all the time. :)

I am usually uncomfortable with tall trees on sky-roofs. Given that there is no way the lightning rods are higher than the trees itself.

As it would be ridiculous to add a long strip of lightning rod conductor.. at the tip of these trees.

The biggest issue is that it is too late once we do hear the sounds...

Dear Master,

I have the same questions as the previous enquiry 'anything'. I couldnt see the respond.

Am looking at Block 4, stack 18, however, not sure about some queries:

1) main door facing kitchen and most important the cooking stove? Ok? Any cure?

2) stove beside the sink?

3) stack 24 ending wall facing stack 18 master and bedroom and balcony. Ok? Any cure?

Are there any cures for all these concerns?

Thank you in advance as I have no experience in buying property.

Thanks & Regards

Yes, in 2012; I went to the Punggol Watertown showroom. At that time over-priced for 99 leasehold flats and then the government clamp down thereafter.
