1.2. East Group Person: SE1 direction.

Feng Shui of Signature EC at Yishun

1. In the past, some of the sitemaps included in the sales brochure displayed an incorrect North compass bearing.

2. Therefore, relying on such sitemaps to create a Flying Star chart could result in an inaccurate Flying Star degree, leading to an erroneous flying star chart.

3. Whenever I have the opportunity, I make it a point to compare the constructed Flying Star chart from the sitemap with those available on either streetdirectory.com or onemap.sg.

4. The good news is that the discrepancy is only 5 degrees, which remains within the acceptable range for the correct Flying Star chart.

4.1. For instance, in the sitemap from the sales brochure, I recorded a reading of NE1 = 30 degrees, whereas the readings from streetdirectory.com indicated 35 degrees. Both readings still classify under NE1.

Isn't this encouraging news for those who relied on the sales brochure to create their flying star chart? Typically, the streetdirectory map is only released a few months after the soft launch.

For example Block 33 stacks 25 & 28. Wasted that it should have been that the facing directions of these two stacks face a "mountain". But instead, it faces water or swimming pool. Thus, a pity that from a macro Feng Shui point of view; this two stacks could not activate the auspicious Pearl String effect.

SE1. For SE1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. Thus Block 35 stacks 29 and 32 even if it does not face real water position. There is still the Bright Hall or Ming Tang at it's frontage = virtual water. (Virtual water is yin water and represents clear space. Imagine a bird can fly freely at the front of the unit.)

One of the designs at Signature at Yishun displays the stove in proximity to the Centrepoint.
This arrangement is less than optimal.

The 3 Bedroom Premium layout at Signature at Yishun displays the stove in proximity to the Centrepoint, which is less than optimal. It is unnecessary to have any partition separating the main entrance from the living room balcony.

4 bedroom type:

Although the stove is located on the same wall as the toilet, it is fortunate that the situation could be more detrimental if the stove were to share the same wall with the WC.

Ideally, the stove and sink ought to be placed on the same countertop, but they should be at least 30 cm apart.

Exercise caution when mounting the TV on the wall that is shared by the headboards of bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, due to potential EMF radiation (if present).

Numerous principles in Feng Shui are grounded in common sense:

1. Is there sunlight in the afternoon or morning that enters the home? At times, we can control the placement of the living room sofa, which may result in us sitting in partial afternoon sunlight.

2. The positioning of the sofa, as indicated below, allows for a view of the kitchen and stove. This is particularly beneficial for those who might forget to turn off the stove.

3. Research has indicated that there are more accidents (knock on wood) occurring in the bathrooms and kitchens of homes. Logically, our ears are oriented towards the "bedrooms," thereby increasing the likelihood of hearing a child's cry for assistance (if applicable).

4. From a Feng Shui perspective, the ideal position to face will depend on whether one belongs to the east or west group.

In contrast to the sales brochure for HDB BTO flats, numerous private developers do not prominently indicate the locations of the central rubbish bins.

Many individuals, when reserving a new EC or condominium, discover this information only after it is too late...

In a future resale scenario, having a rubbish bin adjacent to one's front door can significantly detract from the property's appeal; it may even jeopardize a potential sale, regardless of whether the bin is "covered"... as illustrated by examples from other developments...

Even when the bin is concealed behind a door, its presence remains quite apparent...

In this depiction of a HDB 5-bedroom flat, it is less than optimal for the stove to be positioned at the location marked "A". In this scenario, one must exercise caution regarding the wind vortex.

The wind can either extinguish a flame stove or direct the heat towards the kitchen entrance.

Furthermore, the stove should not be oriented towards the sink as illustrated here:-

Is my Period 8 house still lucky from 2024 till 2043?

1. The signature at YIshun EC T.O.P. was established in 2019 and is regarded as originating in Period 8.

2. Therefore, even with a transition or shift from Period 8 to Period 9, the Flying Star Chart or Feng Shui birth chart will continue to be classified as a Period 8 chart.

2.1. The sole distinction is that the wealth luck has now transitioned from #8's to #9's.

3. This situation presents four facing directions: NE1, SW1, NW1, and SE1.

3.1. NE1 is considered less fortunate under Period 9, although it is also contingent upon the layout plan. Conversely, SW1 requires heightened attention to health matters starting from 2024. The implications for NW1 and SE1 are dependent on the individual layout plan.

3.2. Currently, in the context of Flying Star Feng Shui, both "directions" are not particularly favorable when compared to the key collection in 2022.
