Part 2: Feng Shui of D'nest Condo & "sick building syndrome"

1. Contrary to popular belief; pool water is not exactly clean water.

2. Pool water is full of chemicals and even traces of urine.

3. When one enclosed a swimming pool like that shown attached + a gap for afternoon sun to shine the maximum period is often a recipie for high condensation of the pool water.

3.1. Here, on a clear sunny day; the sun would shine into the pool from morning (East) to (West). And this implies that lots of moisture would be created.

3.2. As this development's pool is long, narrow and highly enclosed and only two gaps; strong winds would further blow such moisture into homes that have their windows opened especially at lower floors.

3.3. Often, many would close all their windows/balcony and go to work.

3.4. Those that are left behind and on lower floors e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th may have babies or young children who live in such units. Tendency for them to open their windows/balcony sliding doors.

3.5. Thus often, the wind would blow these "dirty moisture" into their unit. The rest is history.

3.6. You can read more about this from this past resource link: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=43&mid=12550&new=

4. No wonder the developer call it a "NEST". A truly NEST of bee hives or POISON ARROWS!

5. Furthermore, as most blocks are in close proximity of each other: this is a FURTHER concern. As compared to some developments where each block/stack corners are quite a distance away.
