The attached roof-line can be considered a potential Sha Qi or poison arrow subject to: 1. The distance from the roof-line to the block/stack. 2. Did the roof-line slice into an opening? such as the "open" windows and or balcony opening(s) if any. 3. The good news is that this type of poison arrow is unit specific. And does not affect an entire block or stack if they are not at the same level of the roof-line from all FOUR (4) sides of the roofing-line.
Posted October 21, 20159 yr Staff Part 2: Qbay Residences in Tampines & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. The Qbay Residences Sales Brochure shows Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 facing either N1 342 degrees or S1 162 degrees. 2. I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees). 3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions. However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.
