Posted October 22, 20159 yr Staff Feng Shui of J Gateway @ Jurong & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. J Gateway has stacks #01 to #15 facing either NE3 or SW3. 2. While stacks #16 to #27 are either facing N3 or S3. 3. Thus, distinctively: this development caters to both the East group (N3 or S3) and West group (NE3 or SW3 facing).
Posted October 22, 20159 yr Staff Part 3: Feng Shui of J Gateway @ Jurong - N3 or S3 facing stack/unit? 1. From a Feng Shui Flying Stars point of view; generally, S3 facing units are preferred over the N3 facing units. 2. This is because N3 facing units suffer from the combined double auspicious #8 wealth stars "trapped" or wasted at the "back" of the unit. Here, usually, this is where the kitchen /yard / yard toilets are located. 3. Contrast the above with a S3 facing unit. ON the contrary, S3 facing units have instead these two double auspicious wealth stars at the frontage such as the living room / master bedroom and yard. 4. I have drawn up a sample illustration (from a previous worked example of a different development - HDB BTO flat). 5. The attached sample shows the various Flying star significance in various sectors of the house. 6. For example: if a bedroom is in either NW or East sector; there are "dangerous" stars #5 misfortune /sickness + #2 sickness stars in these two sectors. Thus, for example, best to avoid certain colours be it the interior of the rooms and even the lightings tone. However, the building is now almost 80% complete. The developer has built #01 - #15 in East or West direction. I took a compass standing in front of the building and it was facing West 258 directly facing the setting sun.For such cases, can buyer file against the developer?
Posted March 3, 20169 yr Staff In my opinion, no one has ever done so.Do take extra care when using an ordinary compass. As often, there are lots of "hidden" re-bar that can cause the compass readings on such a compass to deviate by alot.Often, try to stand on a grass area (but then again) and take several readings (if possible). Sometimes even grass patches have metal embedded below it thus again may cause the readings to deviate.
