May 30, 20187 yr Author Staff In 1966, HDB Admiralty Flora was on virgin land .. To NW was Naval Base & Marsiling; SE was Sembawang and to NE was Chong Pang. Then Yishun was not the predominant name for that area. Directly to the South was Mandai.
