September 15, 20168 yr Author Staff A huge surprise when a People's Association community centre next to HDB Hougang Crimson was turned into mostly a food centre. If one is near-by eg. Hougang One Shopping complex; may consider going for lunch at this food court... Collection machine is pretty advanced. See last photo.
