Teban View Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans

teban-view.pdf

1. Feng Shui of HDB Teban View

2. N3 facing stacks = 461 & 463 with S3 facing stacks = 465 & 467. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N3 facing vs a S3 facing chart.

2.1 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

2.2 S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

3. NW3 facing stacks = 469 & 471 with SE3 facing stack = 455. NW2/3 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

3.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

3.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

3.3 SE 2/3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

3.4 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

3.5 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.

4. SW1 facing stacks = 457 & 459. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

so is stack 451 considered SE2/3?

It depends:

If one is a Conservative Feng Shui Master (FSM) then, the answer is Yes.

But if one is a Modernist FSM then the answer is No. It is instead NW2/3.

Got-it. Get it? ... Erh Nevermind...

thanks for your reply! my kua number is 8. so its not exactly favourable to stay at stack 451 right?

1. In my opinion this considered a crude way of saying so - if one cares to do so.

2. A more refined method is to a Holistic Approach, encompassing: the External Feng Shui, Flying Stars etc.. which accounts for 70 percent of the overall luck + how suitable is the house = Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom = 30 percent.

3. Your statement is just pointing towards only the Frontage.

4. It is just like the old days of looking at an X-ray film.

5. While modern times, even in Feng Shui we use the equivalent of the Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

6. In Higher learning it is the difference between Lower Class Honours and Upper Class Honours.

7. Another reason is clear: one may just eliminate a good home even if the frontage is not as suitable to that person.

8. Below is an MRI method incorporating a Holistic Approach to evaluating a home under House Hunting Exercise....

Frankly, no offence, this is considered rudimentary ... to buy or not to buy.

If one does this frequently, my advice is might as well do this:-

Isn't it much easier for one to flip a coin. Heads = Buy; Tails = Don't Buy or vice-versa right?

This Kua/Gua thing [ON IT'S OWN] is identical to the above: Yes or No. Equivalent to Cave-men or Cave-person Fung Sway! LOL

P.S. Don't get me wrong. Gua used singularly above is mediocre. It has to be used collectively or holistically with other fields on Feng Shui. Never standalone under this simplistic way.

The morale of this story, is in part... after having read this; feel free to decide on the preference (if any).

Should one be inclined to lean towards say the “Modernist”.

When the time comes to engage a FSM, ask them this: “Is it the front door?” LOL
