5. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study.

6. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed.

7. S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area.

8. It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies.

9. If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.

Some blocks have an “open” rubbish bin lobby:-

Fortunately, the rubbish bin well is not sharing the same wall as the living room.

But nevertheless, ouch! Can certainly impact on future resale value..

For example, all SIA planes never have a #13. Perhaps to cater for western preferences in the past and today.

Unit numbers like 04-44 or 14-44 don’t appeal to SOME Chinese. And or may sometimes affect resale value.

We only starting to see these in recent years...

Once upon a time, tear drop polished metallic seats were placed outside the newly completed HDB flats at Clementi Central.

These were quickly removed. As they became a health issue as they can be hot and scald someone!

Let’s hope something like this is also not soaked in heat!
