This is quite a unique design where two blocks are spread much like a convex lens. And there are a total of 6 blocks which when seen together forms like a "wave" pattern. This is why this development could be considered as a "wave" or EastWave.3. I have determined all the facing directions of all 5 bedroom types and they are listed as follows:-North and South facing stacks:N1 Stacks 329 &355N2 Stacks 331, 333 &391S1 Stacks 353 & 351S2 Stacks 335, 349, 393 &395NW and SE facing stacks:NW1 Stacks 307, 309, 365 &401NW2 Stacks 311SE1 Stacks 305, 397, 399, 367 &369SE2 Stacks 371SE3 Stacks 381, 383, 409 &4114.
