Which is better way of drawing the sector in my attached file? How do I consider the exterior of the house (landed property)?

And if there's any kind note on what I've drawn is not correct, that will be a bonus, and will much appreciate it.

I think I should re-phrase my question. I am puzzled specifically what sector the pond should belong to. SW or S? Attached the drawing to illustrate. Thank you.

From your illustration, the pond looks like it is located at South-West
