Lake Grande by MCL Land is at the newly created Jurong Lake Link (uncompleted road).

Lake Grande shares it's entrance with another new development: Lakeville. It has has another neighbouring condo?Lakeshore sharing a fence.

The two block and stacks in Lake Grande has a commanding view of Jurong Lake.

Part 2: Lake Grande by MCL Land and Flying Star Feng Shui

1. This development has stacks that are either:West group compatible such as NE3, SW3, NW3 or SE3 which is suitable to an East group person.

2. It is good that all stacks falls within the "True" compass degrees of 60 (NE3); 150 (SE3); 240 (SW3) and 330 (NW3) facing.

2.1 Thus even if the blocks were built a few degrees off in any directions; there is still a huge confidence level that the stacks will belong to the above.

2.2 Contrast this with some developments. Where just one or two degrees could change the Flying Star readings say from NE3 to East1 etc...

3. The only stacks that face the Jurong Lake are the SE3 stacks.

3.1 These SE 3 facing has the auspicious water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus,indeed these stacks have a commanding view of the Jurong Lake.

3.2 However, the rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed.

For some who has not lived so close to pool water; 

In some instances, immediately after moving in and if the windows or balcony panels are opened..

Possible in my opinion for some in the first six months to have respiratory tract concerns. But after that often once get used too, are okay.

Fortunately, this only happens if the pool is aligned in an unblocked East to West direction-:)
