1. Lakeville condo has stacks that either face Flying Stars NW2 and/or SE2 and or SW2.

2. SW2 stacks enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination;?But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

3. NW2 stacks such as #2, #3 & #4 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage.?And this is good as?the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. For other stacks may?consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

3.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

3.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

4. SE 2 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, stacks that literally face Jurong Lake is a plus point.

4.1 However, the rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed.

Part 4: Lakeville condo by MCL Land?with External Shapes and Forms Feng Shui

1. Lakeville condo's block arrangement will inevitably produce "poison arrow" in the form of neighbouring blocks/stacks sharp corner aimed towards another block/stack.

2. In this illustration; the red arrow(s) shows potential sha qi (poison arrows) aimed towards a neighbouring stack.

3. The yellow line often is not a major issue since often, the sharp corner is often aimed towards the side wall of another block or the yard / back of a stack.
