The Clementi Canopy by UOL at Clementi Avenue 1

Next door neighbour to NUS high school.

Common sense says that the units along / facing the Ayer Raja Expressway will nosy. And avoid having a unit (if any) facing expressway pedestrian crossing bridge that connects Clementi Ave 1 side to Jubilee Road.

More about this development when I have more details of the actual site-plan and layouts

As NUS High School of Maths and Science are next to one side of The Clementi Canopy fence; from my on-site observations; there are sufficient rows of mature trees to buffer most of the school's buildings.

Fortunately, the roof-lines of NUS High are flat thus do not pose any threat to any potential unit(s) at any level (if any) should they be facing the school blocks.
