A development beside the first generation MRT stations is a double-edged sword. Especially if one's unit is within the wider range of the MRT tracks.. with the daily rumblings or noise associated with trains running all day long e.g. 6am to 12 pm on normal days. Fortunately, it would be a blessing for those who purchase high floors. And also depends on whether LTA is kind enough to install those ugly looking aluminium panels that help to lower SOME (not all) noise levels from the screeching of train steel wheels to steel tracks.... But fortunately, anything next to an MRT station is going to be hot.. hot.. hot... At the moment the site plan is not available as yet.. Will most likely review it later on.. if I have the time to do so...

Old school traditionalist even non-Feng Shui enthusiasts would squeal at the sight of homes / blocks / flats built on "stilts".... 2. Perhaps an innate fear of such buildings topping down. But do take a closer look at this development. Although the two block's frontage are on stilts; one can see a strong centre core. Thus, would assume that contrary to the perceived "weak structure" the two blocks should be strong.. 3. Furthermore, these two are "Siamese twins" and con-joint at the belly... 4. Anyway... as usual...nothing new in Singapore... this is a mixed development... as this two blocks sits on top of a very rectangular structure...

If the shower door swings inwards, quite a tight fit to close the shower door afterwards. Or be careful of not swiping or getting one's toe nails or feet scape the glass door... 2. It is more practical to have the shower door open outwards. But take care not to clash with say the Bath 2's toilet door especially if it is left unlocked... and when both parties open the two doors wide at the same time...LOl
