HDB Punggol Edge Just T.O.P. 

Who would have realised by looking at a Sales Brochure sitemap or failed to do so if indicated; and then purchased a home. Only to find that there is a sub-station directly below the unit.

When the time eligibility for the sale on the open market; some buyers may (not Feng Shui) -void buying such a unit.

Although there is no empirical evidence to the contrary that this is bad.
