Freehold. T.O.P. 2017. Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui

The Tembusu and "The forms (Shapes and Forms) in some instances prevail over the stars (Flying Stars) in this development"

1. The Tembusu @ Tampines with five blocks (2 larger and 3 smaller blocks).

2. Trilive which is equally a small development is just one site or rather a building (Fortune Park) away.

3. In this development the Flying Stars are either N2 or S2. Even though the compass bearings are 5 degrees off true North or South.

4. There is also a Multi-storey car park (HDB MSCP BLK 373A) covering approximately 2/3rds of the Northern stretch of The Tembusu.

5. As MSCPs are no higher than 6th storey; just be extra careful of standing inside a unit's opening such as a balcony seeing the roof lamp sliding into the unit. As this is considered as a Sha Qi or poison arrow.

6. It is much easier to neutralise such a poison arrow if it is a window opening vs the lamp post directly tangent to or in full alignment aimed towards especially the middle of a balcony.

7. All stacks in this development either face Flying Stars Period 8: N2 or S2 direction(s).

8. N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable as say the S2 facing stacks.

9. However, the saving grace for this development is that: some stacks of Blocks 107C and 107D face a pool of water.

10. Of course in theory, some would question why I mentioned Para 8 above and this contradicts above Para 9.

11. This is because of this motherhood statement:-

"Forms prevails over the stars".

12. For example: even if say the South (S2) facing stacks are SUPPOSE to be better than North (N2) stacks;

12.1 But wait a moment... there is no real (YANG) water where S2 stacks are facing.

12.2 Furthermore, even though the roads are like water courses be it the service road of the development or the main road = Tampines Road;

12.3 However, based on Shapes and Forms (The Forms) even if the STARS (Flying stars are considered good); don't you agree that certain stacks facing the pool view (plus the MSCP car park is a distance away) is OVERALL better?

13. Thus in this development even if all stacks that are south facing S2 although enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars at their frontage may seem to be better. But this may not necessary be better than what I mentioned above Para 9.

14. The major concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck.

4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
