HDB Alkaff Oasis is considered a large neighbourhood as there are 1,594 units packed into this large plot of once "cemetry" land.

Under Can or Cannot buy stage: for a start good to flag-out:

1. Precinct Pavilion(s) : especially lower units which has a birds eye view of the interior of the pavilion.

2. Hospitals (in this case Elderly homes) - Nothing against getting old.. but can certainly hurt the resale + Feng Shui

Part 1: Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui of HDB Alkaff Oasis

1. Which facing direction is my home?

2.  How do you Feng Shui your home? Use your front door?

 

Part 2: HDB Alkaff Oasis Flying Star Feng Shui falls under Period 8 (2004 till 2043).\

How lucky is my unit from 2024 till 2043? Actually by key collection, luck would have slowly moved over to what is mentioned below. 

Thus no need to wait till exactly 2023 for the change of luck periods. 

1.  N3 Facing e.g. like Stacks #02, 04, 116, 118, 120 etc.

1.1. Your unit will enjoy better luck  under Period 9. Thus generally unit will enjoy better luck especially in 2024 onwards. 

2. S2/3 Facing e.g. Stacks #104, #106, #108, #112 and #114 and #122.  Less lucky during Period 9.

3. NW1. For example:  Stacks #10, #12 and #14. How's my luck? Really depends on layout plan.

4. SE1. For example: Stacks #86 and #88.  Like NW1. Luck depends on layout plan.

5. NE1 Facing. For example: Stack #62.  Generally less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.

6. SW1 Facing. For example: Stacks #216 & #218. Take extra care of health issues from 2024 onwards.

7. N2 Facing. For example there are only two stacks, here = #208 and #214.  Good news is that unit will enjoy better luck under Period 9.

8. S2 Facing. There are also two stacks only = #210 and #212. Less lucky under Period 9. As formerly double #8's at it's frontage at North. Which is the kitchen area of these units.
