It is commendable that the communal bin and the compact design of the sunken bins are effective.

In comparison to the bin lobby at The Hillion, this particular bin distinguishes itself with its dual press-button motorized doors. It is hoped that it will not turn into a mere novelty after a few years, leading to expensive repairs or replacements.
