Stall-holder prepares the carrot cake by meshing it into smaller pieces ..

Note: Rumor has it that this stall rented the entire premises and then sublet to individual stalls. Unfortunately, they failed to rent out a few stalls, which eventually closed down. As a result, they owed rental money to the landlord. Therefore, they not only had to give up their own stall but also vacate the entire premises.

 

The last time I saw this stall, it had moved to a corner coffee shop at 57 New Upper Changi Road. 
Frankly, I don't care for this stall. I've hardly ever eaten their food.
