S2. Stack #960 represents the best option for an East group individual, as both frontages benefit from the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. Additionally, their facing directions include water, which brings significant wealth.

2. In the attachment: it is advantageous for the [8] & [8] which symbolize: Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home, compared to a N2 facing where these beneficial stars are wasted at the "rear," typically the kitchen/yard area.

3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that the kitchen may often be located in the NW sector, which in Feng Shui is referred to as: "Fire at Heaven's Gate." This can impact the career luck of the male breadwinner.

4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
