On November 27, 2019, a notice was seen inside a pavilion situated in an HDB estate in Anchorvale, Sengkang.

The main area of this estate is encircled or "enclosed" by the sections of the pavilion.

1. The ceremony may also occur in the pavilion situated within the grounds.

2. Spontaneous prayers and chants are performed on the 49th day to provide advantages to the departed.

3. These occurrences can take place on different occasions, such as the Chinese New Year, without any prior announcement.

Should there be some governance to limit the noise level or duration of music played by funeral vehicles and wake?
