I wrote this question in another post but I felt that it would be better to ask it as a separate topic.
 

My question is:

 

Would it be bad to have the 8 trigrams in ones bedroom displayed on the headboard of where one sleeps? I was thinking of either drawing my own personal trigram (Chen) or drawing all 8 trigrams right on the headboard where I sleep.

Firstly, no offence. As I trying to be frank with you.

A Traditional Chinese person consider the Trigrams scared and taboo. Thus, do not consider every using these symbols as a "decorative" piece or item.
