1. Frankly, I have already shared views on both developments. 

2. Even in each development, there are the good, the bad, the ugly + many other considerations.

3. Many who are serious in two or more developments will often asked to do a detail review and ranking, instead.

4. In fact, this is very common both for ECs/condo/brand new HDBs ... 

5. Your question is like for a permanent home which is better? Woodlands or Johor Bahru? Alamark, please don't ask such questions. LOL.
