Dear cecil,
I needed to know when should one install cures/changes for the yearly flying star 2000. Secondly the Tai su is moving to E-SE 120 Does that mean we can do digging and planting in East now. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
I suggest you wait until it pasts 5 Feb 2000 where the official Lunar New Year for year 2000 starts as the current Chinese Lunar Year is still 1999.
