From selection to key collection in 2003. Remembered the time had visited clients, at Sunglade. 

Sunglade remains popular today as it is just a short stroll to Nex and the MRT / Bus hub.

In fact, between 2003 till last year, there was still interests in this development under house hunting on-site reviews.

From Key collection in 2003 till maximum of 2023, luck sectors will change locations especially on/from 2024 till 2043:-

 

Case Study: Flying Star Feng Shui of Sunglade condo

1. Sunglade condo T.O.P. in 2003. The last year under Period 7. 

2. Thus technically, Sunglade falls within Period 7 Feng Shui.

3. Very hard to determine if someone wants to apply a Period 8 Flying Star chart instead of Period 7 Chart.

3.1. It may be possible to be a Period 8 Chart if the first owner although collected keys in 2003 but only moved in on or after CNY 2004 onwards.

3.2. This is because during a re-sale environment, often the unit may become a 2nd owner or even 3rd or more owners. 

3.3. If so, how to ask when the first owner moves into the flat?

3.4. There is an off chance that the unit remains under the original (1st owner). If so, if the owners are on-site ... one could possible ask them. Again no guarantee if they can even remember if it is in 2003 or 2004. LOL 

4. Therefore, still preferred to user Period 7 Chart.

5. In some of the forum messages, I had also mentioned a senario where one has stayed there for many years; two Flying Star Feng Shui charts may be plotted e.g. chart out a Period 7 and/or 8 chart.

T.O.P in 2003 under Period 7 Flying Star Feng Shui.

Okay, Period often always stay the same. But the difference is wealth luck changes depending on the Period i.e. 2024 till 2043 = Current Prosperity Luck is now #9. And future Prosperity Luck is now #1.

What is Frontage?

Frontage is standing inside the living room looking out of the balcony
 

BLOCKS 1 & 3 = Frontage is either NE1 or SW1

 

NE1 = [Luck should be better under Period 9 = From 2024 till 2043. Again depends on the layout plan.]

SW1 = [Luck should be better under Period 9= From 2024 till 2043. Again depends on the layout plan.]

 N1 = [Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.]

 E1 = [Less lucky from 2024 onwards. Be extra careful of relationship issues, If not careful can lead to divorce.]
