Posted July 27, 20187 yr Staff Tao payoh rojak and Lao Fu Zi Fried Kuay Teow Unfortunately these two foods should not be consumed frequently. Chinese rojak even if one asks for no sugar, the prawn paste is already loaded with sugar! Concern of Type 2 diabetes. Fried Kuay Teoh if lard is used or even not; is rather oily.. daily consumption is not adviced!
