8 Hullet @ Hullet Road, formerly Hullet Court

The development features a single tower block, which is aligned slightly off the North-South axis.

In terms of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, a single tower block is considered a safe and traditional design because it allows for uniform airflow around the building.

There is also ample clearance surrounding the development, creating a positive "bright hall" effect. This refers to the clear space around the windows and balconies, which helps promote favorable Qi flow. However, it should be noted that there is another apartment located next to one side of the development.

In 1966, 8 Hullet was part of Singapore Chinese Girls' Secondary School (SCGS), as indicated by the orange marker.

A few hundred yards away stood one of Singapore’s oldest Cold Storage locations, along with the popular Cuppage Road Hawkers who lined the street in the evenings. Today, SCGS has relocated to its holding site at 60 Dunearn Road, Singapore 309434.
