Advice on placement of altar in the house

Dear Feng Shui Master,

I would like to place the altar in the marked position as there is space constraint for other places. May i know if the position is alright?

It is not a good idea to place an altar facing towards the sleeping quarters or partially facing (side glance) of the kitchen. Although, the last input can be remedied.
