Flying Star Feng Shui and 24 One under Period 8

Stacks either face Flying Stars NW3 or SE3

Period 8 NW3 = Stacks 01, 02 & 06
Period 8 SE3 = Stacks 03, 04 & 05

As for stack/unit numbering this developer seems to use similar techniques by starting #01 at the middle and go clockwise. Not so for all other developments/developers.
