One Draycott @ Draycott Park at 1 Draycott Park by Champsworth Development Pte Ltd: an example of tower block harmonized with the triangular plot

One Draycott @ Draycott Park is a freehold and "pure triangular plot" with a "straw-like-extension" (service road) leading in/out of the single tower block.

Under the five elements concept triangle represents the fire element. While the block resembles a "block" of earth.

Thus this development is considered as a Fire-Earth element. Surprising, under the five elements concept: Fire enhances Earth. Which is a harmonious combination.

This single tower block resembles an Earth-element tone block:-

In my opinion, the architects did a fine job despite the obstacle of a triangle plot of land.

Here, fortunately, it also depends on the size of the triangle plot. The good thing is that the size or the footprint of the block is in my opinion, fairly optimal to the triangle plot: Good Ming Tang or bright-hall effect.

In addition, a single uniform tower block is always a safe design as it allows for uniform air-flow all around the block. Another plus point.
