Hi master,

I have view a condo near Buangkok but the only concern it's side view from the balcony is a rubbish dump.

Would like to seek advise if this is recommended for a house facing a rubish dump.

Definitely there is always a stigma with a unit especially when the living room balcony opens towards a development's rubbish room.

Furthermore, the bin centre can still be seen so deep in the unit. Otherwise, the view is acceptable.

As mentioned, once this involves a stigma, if possible, skip the unit.

As we really like the unit mentioned, would there be big implication if we purchased the unit. The rubbish collection point are actually beside the master bedroom.
