House number and built period

Hi,

i was running a report report on a house number on a property I want to purchase. The house number is 11800 and it was build in the 90’s and remodeled (roof shingle replacement, flooring, etc) this year. The report using the two periods are drastically different. Can you tell me if that changes anything with the remodel? And is house number a big deal? Or would I rather consider other major factors?
