April 12, 20241 yr Author Staff Finally found an excellent plate of HONG Kong style authentic soya sauce chicken noodle. The Rolls Royce of hawker centre soya chicken noodles. Up there with any restaurant quality food. Ordered $5/- (big). They also have a $4/- version. Generous amounts of succulent chicken pieces, melt in the mouth + clean tasting lots of yet spicy chilli paste. No longer need to go to Clementi Central market for my “fix”. After eating the above, no longer want to eat this stall’s soya sauce chicken! Pales in comparison
