What is more important is whether this poison arrow is a threat or a pseudo threat or not? For us the readers, we have the faintest idea whether the poison arrow is aimed towards an opening of your house. As you have omitted the "face" of your home. Thus if the poison arrow (pointed roof) does not aimed into any of your house's opening : be it a main door or some external door that is used or a window... how are we to know from here that it is a threat?
