Frankly, I give the Olloi site a poor grading. Given that it's close proximity to especially to Joo Chiat Complex 1 - 4 as well as the various shop houses (too close) to this development. 

Thus because of the above.. poor marks under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:-

Although the areas highlighted under ? marks x 2 is usually designated perhaps for low rise buildings: how about the construction noise as well as potential poison arrow(s) if any ... including blocked views etc...
