Reply: These are some considerations:

1. Like one Singapore minister said previously: " Looking at his CPF statement makes him very (rich) happy."

2. Thus, if everyone or nearly everyone re-paint their walls yearly; this will equally make the paint manufacturer and the paint shop => very rich and happy.

3. Common sense says that "Nobody has the time, the energy to move and cover all their belongings, yearly"

4. And the answer to your question is a NO.
