Posted October 10, 20195 yr Hi Master Lee My house has three doors in a straight line. The first door is the main door and is the biggest door. The 2nd door is the middle door and opening to the open concept kitchen, dinning and living room. The 3rd door is the sliding door and opening to our big backyard. I attached our floor plan below. We have an option to convert the 3rd sliding door to sliding window. Would this do any better in term of energy flowing? Please help. Warmest regards, Channa
October 11, 20195 yr Staff 1. In Feng Shui, there is only one consideration: an open straight-line from the main door. This implies direct flow-out of qi. Impact? Money come in... money easily goes out. 2. Another field is in he Chinese belief (not Feng Shui) that spirits (ghosts) travels in a straight line and three doors in a direct alignment can result in malevolent forces. 3. Under Para 1 above, you have not mentioned the distance between the three doors. This is another consideration. (As the floor plan cannot be opened ... as it requires a security password - thus deleted for security concerns). 4. If one clearly understands the above particularly Para 1, then should try to minimise it.
