Often, if a client quotes a Hotmail account or it's sister outlook or any e-mail system belonging to Micro-the-Soft, my e-mails may often bounce! 

Especially if one sends an attachment.

Frankly, what is an email if one cannot be allowed to sent attachments?

If so, once I had sent an e-mail; I will always follow-up with an SMS or a Whatsapp for local clients.

And sure enough.. lots of time.. they do not receive my email.

I have to then ask the client to check their spam folder.

Hot mail is really too hot to handle...

P.S. If not for the need to keep old clients reports and the need to use Smartdraw 2002, would simply have moved to Apple instead.
