I am more worried about hotmail. As a few of my mails, please check your spam. Not too scared of office.. office.. is more of a privacy issue

Ya, hotmail e-mail filtering is one of the worst I have seen. Always have this issue. That's why usually nowadays when I see the order from hotmail, I usually will whatsapp/sms them just to double check.

FYI, hotmail.com/live.com/outlook.com are the same hosted by hotmail server.

Some good news!

In many cases, say 1 out of 5 emails sent to a Microsoft account went to the spam folder.

The rest have been received by clients.
