Most probably the worst fried rice that I had tasted...

The rIce meant for the fried rice was mostly uncooked (hard). Vegetables especially the tiny cubes of carrots (raw) not cooked... one bitten, twice shy.. LOL

The only thing nice was a few tiny “crystal” prawns...

Not worth the $6.80/- for it.

No choice. Had to try it. As Guan’s noodles and the beef kway Teow which were my favourites = both stores permanently closed at this food court.

Wonderful Coffeeshop

Fried rice. Decent amount of small crystal prawns. Cheap $4/-.

But unfortunately, not much wok hey flavour. Ordinary taste ie. not much flavour.

 

Restaurant fried rice at half it’s price!

$6.50/-. Slightly more wok hey would be nice! Restaurants often charge $13++ or more 

$6/-. Comfort food. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Client’s new office in this building… looks like limited food court or canteen around this area

$5.50. Fairly okay as can smell some wok hey. Slightly oily and prawn’s texture so so. Not the chewy type.

 

 Vista Point, Woodland Kopitiam stall

$5.50/-. Decent amount of wok hey.
Don’t mind that it has only four ingredients: rice + corn bits + imitation crab sticks + scrambled eggs.

True comfort food with nice wok hey aroma…

 

Rivervale Plaza Kopitiam 

Better than most other stalls. Surprisingly with Reasonable wok hey flavour. $5.00
