I have been sending quite a few queries to this websites and I really hope there is a auto-reply notification send back to the person who submitted the query.
Is this possible.

Currently, this version of the forum does not have any ability to customise any features.
So I do not think that is possible. For the time being, if you want to receive the latest message, I suggest that you subscribe to the mailing list, either as a digest (so that you receive once day), or as a notification, which e-mails users once a day as soon as a new message has been posted.
That is the best option you have for now.
